Refund & Compensation Policy
This policy concerns Velora’s virtual Roblox flights. Management reviews verified booking issues individually; compensation and replacement availability are not guaranteed.
Cancellations and changes
A cancelled flight may lead to an eligible future upgrade, replacement booking, refund or other resolution depending on circumstances. Delays, aircraft substitutions and missed flights do not automatically qualify.
